CRISPY SOUTHERN STYLE CHICKEN BREAST
Buttermilk marinated chicken breast breaded with panko and sage then topped
with country gravy. Served over garlic whipped Yukon potatoes with roasted asparagus

HONEY & HERB BAKED SALMON
Fresh Atlantic salmon filet brushed with honey, whole grain mustard, lemon,
and fresh herbs then baked. Served over saffron rice pilaf and roasted
asparagus with sea salt

ROSEMARY & GARLIC MARINATED STEAK
Tender beef filet marinated in garlic, Worcestershire, and rosemary
grilled to perfection. Served with golden steak fries, lemon braised spinach,
and Cabernet reduction

If no Entrée is selected you'll be served the Chicken Breast
